Sign in to your your account on our website, go to Setup -> VPN Username & Password.
To find your SmartyDNS key sign in to your account on our website, go to Setup -> App Login Credentials.
Go to “Reset your password” page, enter your email address and press “Submit”. Then check your email. You will receive an email to confirm that you want to retrieve your password. After this confirmation you’ll be able to enter your new website account password.
Your account will be activated in several minutes, if you pay with PayPal. It can take up to 24 hours in case if you use Credit/Debit card or another payment method, as your transaction and transfer the money are being verified.
Sign in to your account on our website, go to Billing -> Subscriptions and click on “Request Cancellation” button for the subscription you want to cancel. Describe your reason for Cancellation, select “Cancellation Type” and then press “Request Cancellation” button.
Don’t pay this invoice if you don’t want to continue using our service. However, an unpaid invoice will suspend the service.
Sign in to your account on our website and go to My Account -> Account Details.
Website account:
When registering on our website you create your account that includes your email address as username and the password you’ve selected. To manage your account click on “My Account” in your account on our website.
VPN account:
Once you make an order you will receive a confirmation email with your VPN username and password. You’ll use them to connect to our VPN servers through SmartyDNS software/apps or when connecting manually. You can manage your VPN account by going to Setup in your account on our website.
Your VPN username and password is a combination of letters and numbers, automatically generated by our system. To change your username and password sign to your account on our website, go to Setup -> VPN Username & Password. There you will find the option to change your VPN username and password.
